1 Agreement to Terms

By using QuipMenu, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not access or use the service. These terms apply to all users including restaurant owners, staff, and visitors.

2 Description of Service

QuipMenu is a platform for creating and managing digital menus for restaurants, cafes, and businesses. Our services include:

Track menu views and interactions

Multiple themes and designs

3 Account Responsibilities

When creating an account, you are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
Providing accurate and up-to-date information
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4 Subscription & Payment

Payment Terms

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from the dashboard
• No refunds after subscription period begins

5 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for:

Illegal or harmful content

Infringing intellectual property

Spreading misinformation

System abuse or hacking

6 Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to content you upload (menus, images, descriptions). By uploading content, you grant us a license to display this content as part of providing the service. You can delete your content at any time, and upon account termination, we will delete all your data.

7 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

8 Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

9 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through a notice on the service. Your continued use of the service after these changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10 Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE.
